A space to slow down, let go & RESET.

The RESET Space is a considered approach to massage and bodywork, where effective treatment meets deep relaxation.

Our treatments are thoughtfully tailored to you and what your body needs on the day, whether that’s releasing stubborn tension, supporting recovery, easing aches and pains, or simply creating space to switch off and unwind.

Blending remedial techniques with restorative massage, lymphatic work and nurturing body treatments, our experienced therapists work intuitively to create a treatment that feels both purposeful and deeply relaxing.

More than somewhere to get a massage, The RESET Space is your place to pause, reconnect and leave feeling lighter in both body and mind.

RELAX. RESET. RESTORE.
